Greenfield development of ~50,000 square feet of hangar and office/pilot lounge on 6 acres.
MAKO’s executive team, as owners, lead the development of this hangar/office project from soup to nuts, including negotiating the land lease, securing all entitlements, funding, construction oversight, delivery, and operations.
